We're here today because the customer contacted us with concerns about their aging roof. We got to work removing their existing roof system, prepping it for complete transformation. We laid down a new underlayment, installed new pipe boots, ridge vents, and wrapped things up with architectural shingles. The homeowner selected CertainTeed Landmark Charcoal Black Shingles for their durability and charm, along with a shingle over ridge vent for added protection and ventilation. Due to hail damage, we were able to work with customer and their Insurance Company to install a new roof system. Being a CertainTeed Select Shingle Master, we installed CertainTeed Landmark Charcoal Black shingles over new synthetic underlayment. We also installed new ridge vents to insure proper ventilation. We are proud of our CertainTeed Quality Specialists helping homeowners in our community.

Working in our hometown location off Harrison Bridge Road in Simpsonville SC. We replaced the customer's roof with Landmark Weathered Wood shingles, complete with new vent pipes, shingle over ridge vent, and ice and water shield in the valleys.
